Mathew Freeman began his creative career while attending the School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, MA. After receiving numerous awards, he eventually received the prestigious Traveling Fellowship in 2006 which included a $30,000 scholarship and an exhibit at Boston’s Museum of Fine Arts.
As a result of the recession in 2008, Mathew began taking on more in-demand work such as websites, logos and club posters. This began an unexpected love affair with graphic design and commercial illustration.
In 2015, after having worked in various in-house positions, Mathew launched The Flying Head Creative Studio, a freelance design company that specializes in brand creation as well as general on-demand design services for small businesses and nonprofits.
Having recently transplanted himself in New Mexico, Mathew is actively seeking both in-house and freelance opportunities with local businesses and nonprofits.
